The Muthoot Healthcare Plus hospital was is a high end brand aimed to cater to the lifestyle treatments and wellness activities. The proposal revolved around the usage of an existing building within the city center at Nagambadam.
The existing building had to be renovated with a façade facelift to launch the new brand. The consultancy and treatment facilities were concentrated on the first two floors while the patient rooms and recreational facilities were proposed on the third and fourth floors.
