NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION: The project falls between the lines of architecture and adaptive reuse. The client had an existing building which was shown to us with two clear options.- to repurpose or to completely demolish in order to facilitate a Guest house.
MDS took on the challenge to preserve the existing structure yet create a spatially interesting house where multiple guests would feel at ease.
