A high value property in the heart of the city often demands an appropriate response in terms of its design to its function aspirations as well as its commercial potential.
As a family that has grown within spaces that were reminiscent of the villas and green open spaces of Kerala, the requirement was to create a block of apartments that offered the experience of villas rather than a tight urban character. The design of the Apartment created a series of volumes and balconies to break the scale and bring multiple opportunities for green spaces.
