With over 100 million seniors livingin India today, the growing demand for senior living projects with better security, healthcare and community living is the need of the hour.
The Yakkara river luxury retirement village is the brainchild of Film Director V A Sreekumara Menon in collaboration with Mandira Design Studio in creating a haven for senior living.
The architecture of the village is familiar yet modern in its integration to the context and its response to the river and open spaces The project essential features include large ratio of open spaces, Healthcare accesibility including oncall facilities, proximity to city and social amenities, catering to different activities such as yoga meditation parks and space for pets.
